I hired Kiesha of Hicks' Pest Control to address a very serious and ongoing pest issue in my apartment.  Although my building provides monthly services, the services provided by that company never helped.  Kiesha and her team were professional, timely and knew exactly what to do to address our issue.  After the first treatment, there was an IMMEDIATE difference in the presence of the pests.  Even though additional visits were not necessary, Hicks' Pest Control still visited on two additional occasions to ensure the issue was resolved.  Because of their services, I will no longer allow building management In my unit to treat- I will only allow Hicks' Pest Control.  Lastly, their prices were BEYOND reasonable considering they treated my entire unit which includes 2 bedrooms, one bath, living room and kitchen. -Ebony R.,
